A necklace that feels like you. Choose the color, chain style, length, and up to three little charms from the sea: turtle, starfish, shell, fin, and more. We hand-assemble your necklace for you in our small studio in Kiel.

How to design your necklace

  1. Color: gold or silver
  2. Chain style: paperclip or hammered chain, each in different widths
  3. Length: 40 cm or 50 cm
  4. Charms: none, one, two, or three. The preview shows you right away what your necklace will look like.

Is the necklace waterproof?

Yes. Our necklaces are made of stainless steel, so you can wear them in the shower, while swimming, and in the sea.

How much will my necklace cost?

With one charm, the necklace costs €42.95 in silver and €44.95 in gold. Each additional charm costs €5, and the 50 cm length costs €2 extra. You see the total price right away while designing.

Which length is right for me?

At 40 cm, the necklace sits close to your neck, around collarbone height. At 50 cm, it hangs a little lower and pairs well with shorter necklaces.

When will my necklace arrive?

We make your necklace within 2 business days, then ship it from Kiel. It usually arrives a few days later.

What if something breaks?

We repair your necklace free of charge during the first 12 months, no matter what happened. You only pay the postage for sending it to us.

Waterproof & durable

All our jewelry is waterproof. You can wear our stainless steel necklaces and bracelets when showering, swimming, and in the sea, and water won't harm our silver earrings either.

Handmade in Kiel

We craft each of our pieces of jewelry in our small studio in Kiel, and if you'd like to experience how it's done yourself, we offer jewelry workshops throughout Northern Germany.

Free Repair Service

Our jewelry is very repairable. In addition to the statutory warranty, we will cover any repair case within the first 12 months after your order, regardless of whose fault it is – we don't ask questions, we just fix it. You only pay for the return shipping.

Free shipping in Germany

All orders within Germany are delivered to your home free of charge within a few days.

Who is behind Salty Dreamers?

We are Fynn & Felize, and that's it. Five years ago, we returned from a trip to New Zealand with a lot of inspiration and the desire to create jewelry with meaning. Since then, we've been making everything in Kiel.

With our shell jewelry, you receive the exact piece shown – each shell is unique. If more than one is available, we will craft your piece according to your wishes based on the template.
